About the Program
The Training of Trainers in Traditional Crafts program is a specialized initiative designed to prepare skilled craft trainers who possess both professional expertise and structured training competencies. Mastery of a craft alone is not sufficient; effective knowledge transfer requires a solid understanding of training methodologies, learning theories, and the ability to design and deliver training programs based on clear scientific principles and quality standards.
This program offers a comprehensive learning experience that equips participants with the skills to analyze training needs, develop measurable objectives, design professional training materials, and manage training environments efficiently and safely, while enhancing communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse learner profiles.
The program also contributes to the sustainability of traditional crafts by developing qualified trainers capable of transferring knowledge with professionalism and innovation, in alignment with cultural development goals and Saudi Vision 2030, while supporting the growth of the cultural economy.
