The program focuses on the development of the apprentice’s skills in construction in its second stage, covering all the skills and techniques that were previously learned and practiced. The program depends on the practical application in one of the national construction projects using the mud-building technique, by transferring knowledge and skills related to heritage architecture styles, heritage assessment, building materials, soil properties and selection criteria, traditional construction methodologies, and safety and security at construction sites. In addition, the program considers the regulations and legislation in the management of traditional construction projects and familiarization with the principles of methodologies and techniques of architectural preservation.
Program duration: The duration of the program is 30 weeks.
