The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Wrth) launches the Traditional Arts Forum as a specialized national knowledge-based and interactive platform held over three days. The forum explores the essence of Saudi traditional arts and their future, recognizing them as a living heritage and a fundamental pillar of national identity.

The forum focuses on integrating scientific research, cultural transfer, and interactive experiences across its core pillars, with a focus on Capacity Building and Knowledge Transfer, International Cultural Exchange, and Future Vision of Traditional Arts.

Acceptance and Registration

  • Registration for the event or the purchase of a ticket (if applicable) constitutes an acknowledgement and agreement to all terms and conditions stated herein.
  • Participants must provide accurate and truthful information upon registration. The organizers reserve the right to cancel any incomplete or misleading registration without liability.

Conduct and Public Decorum

  • All attendees must adhere to public decency and comply with the regulations and laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The organizing body reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or causes disturbance to others, without any liability or obligation for compensation.

Photography and Media Documentation

  • The participant acknowledges and agrees that they may be photographed (still or video) during the event, and the organizing body is entitled to use these media in its promotional materials or official reports without the need for further permission.
  • Photography for commercial purposes within the event area is prohibited unless prior authorization is obtained from the organizing committee.

Health and Safety

  • Participants must comply with all safety instructions issued by the on-site team.
  • The organizing body disclaims responsibility for any personal injury or loss/damage to private property within the event premises.
  • Bringing hazardous materials or any tools that may jeopardize the safety of attendees is strictly prohibited.

Changes and Cancellation

  • The organizing body reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, location, or cancel the event in cases of force majeure. Participants will be notified via official channels.
  • In the event of cancellation by the organizers, their liability is limited solely to refunding the ticket value (if applicable).

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content presented at the event (presentations, papers, designs) is the property of the organizing body or the speakers, and may not be reproduced or published without written consent.
